It was based in very comfortable building in a strategic and quiet location, on transport from the Rainforest WMF...

Overall - well-run and modern place with extremely helpful staff from the boss to the room cleaners. Very central location, within a close distance from Cat Monument. And so close to the alley in the back, Kuching and the surrounding area and the beautiful Borneo national parks.

It was really enjoyable stay, I appreciated outstanding food.
Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with VERY comfortable bedding and basic amenities, for example; everyone is welcome here. The location was particularly good, for example, Kuching Waterfront Bazaar Lively Market was just a short walk away from the hotel. There was a simple restaurant, the main shopping center and a shopping mall next door.

The room I stayed in had a large and comfortable bed, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The rain shower in the bathroom had ample hot water, making it a delight to freshen up. The staff at Limetree Hotel were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The hotel offers convenient transportation options for airport transfers and exploring nearby attractions. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were impressive. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, both Western and Asian. I had a satisfying stay at Limetree Hotel.
One drawback was the noise from the street, particularly at night. It would have been perfect if the hotel had soundproof windows to minimize the disturbance.

Had a really really nice stay by two nights, and would book again. It was functional, spotless and with safe in the bedroom. The location was great, not too far away from Kuching Esplanade.

I recently stayed at The Limetree Hotel for a week-long trip and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The hotel's location, just around the corner from the city center, was perfect for exploring. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so I didn't have to rely on room service every day. The hotel also had ample parking space, which was convenient. I must mention the delicious Laksa Sarawak and Mee Goreng Mamak that I ordered from room service - they were top-notch. I was very satisfied with my stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
